DianApps Contribution to Building The Pet Meadow Project
Pet Meadow was a brand new concept for us that offered aftercare services to people who have lost their pets and are in need of arranging cremation ceremonies. Therefore, DianApps had the added responsibility of providing everything unique and personalized to assist pet owners in scheduling aftercare services for special members of the family. Our team at DianApps added a multitude of custom web development services and features such as a driver portal, creating orders, a customer portal (wherein the owner of the pet can review the order details), billing and invoicing, etc to make the cremation ceremony easy and in the most comforting way.

Our team reduced the human efforts by integrating automation along with a few features like billing & invoices and generating shipping labels.

The Pet Meadow owner needed a quick remedy to avoid non-stop calls from the customers, so we added a user-friendly portal for customers to add all the details in the website itself.

Result
Pet Meadow came to us when the client was already in touch with another team. Therefore, getting started with the project from where it lacked was a big challenge. Our team of business consultants sat with the founder and the other team’s product owner to understand what was needed. Keeping that as the center of the development process, we did comprehensive market research and prepared a team almost immediately to start the development process. Throughout the stages, our team ensured that the application was the best version according to the client’s vision to make the aftercare service app efficient.
