About
Thousand Greens app is a platform that connects the private golf clubs’ members from across the world. Through the app, they are able to share their club and golfing experience with others. The app gets the members of highly regarded private courses together with other golfers looking for opportunities to play a round as an accompanied guest.
Scope of Work 
Golf experience is a blend of “who you are playing with” and “where are you playing at”. Being a segregated community, golfers rarely get to enjoy the feeling of connection with other golfers. However, there is an omnipresent need for this sense of belonging in the sport - a need that led to the origination of Thousand Greens.
The idea of the application asked for it to be easy to use, direct in terms of elements like establishing connection with other golfers, and low-network chat options. Our team delivered all of this through a range of well-strategized feature sets.

As Thousand Greens is a global community of private club golfers, it allows members of other private clubs to play with one another. So people who love to play golf can enjoy golfing everywhere and that too at their convenience.
Golf at Your Fingertips
The network connects tens of thousands of like-minded private club members across thousands of clubs worldwide for connecting and playing each other’s clubs as accompanied guests. Members can also attend pre-arranged golfing events posted on the site, enjoy exclusive offers from well known industry brands, track their progress on various golf “top” lists, maintain their golf rolodex in one easy visual place, and share their experiences in social media feeds.
Research
Since the app was previously worked on and left mid-way by some other development firm, we had the added responsibility of delivering the best solution in record time. To ensure that we were on the right path in terms of quality delivery and a global rollout, we kept extensive QA as the centre of our development process. This helped us guarantee that the functionalities were working as planned, designed and were fitting seamlessly with the high level objective.

In order to evaluate the design of the application, a prototype is released to enhance precision as inputted by players.
Web & App Care
Thousand Greens was one of the first networking applications for the golfing community. While there was a prevalent need for this solution, it was crucial that we make it easy to use and share with other golfers. Keeping all of this as the base, we initiated the development journey by being in close connection with the app’s founder and team through Jira and Basecamp project management tools. Moreover, the approach we followed was concentrated on smooth delivery of the digital product.
