DianApps partnered with Uber Eats to design and develop a Chrome Extension that enhances the efficiency of delivery partners and operational teams across 75 countries. We leveraged Vue.js and Node.js to create a scalable, lightweight solution that addressed critical operational challenges. The extension streamlined driver issue resolution, reduced reliance on call centers, and introduced advanced features like call recording, transcription, and language detection. This not only improved driver satisfaction but also enabled Uber Eats to scale operations globally without compromising efficiency.
