DianApps Contribution To Building The Minimalist App Project

Minimalist needed to create an application for the use of their internal team members only. DianApps collaborated with the brand to ensure the app interface was safe for use by the Minimalist’s internal team present at the store. Our team deliberately worked on the requirements shared by them and addressed the issues such as integrating Zoom video calling to seek expert advice, enabling customers to take a quiz to better understand their skin problems, creating a dashboard for internal tracking of tabs (device details such as battery percentage, GPS, etc), as well as details of each Zoom call associated with the respective tablet device.

We provided easy tracking of tab details alongside its associated calls through a dashboard, outside the Zoom platform.

Results

The experts at DianApps collaborated with Minimalist to make the customer experience seamless and keep track of the devices used within their internal team. We pivoted on the issues and gave a world-class solution with a smart dashboard to track devices assigned to Minimalist store members while keeping records of all Zoom calls in one place. Furthermore, we added a quiz concept in the app for the customers to better understand their skincare solution.
