About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Executive – Staff Augmentation with 1–2 years of experience in the IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of IT recruitment and staff augmentation while being primarily responsible for generating new business opportunities and acquiring clients. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills to support both business development and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT Staff Augmentation services.
• Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates.
• Maintain client, candidate, and business development trackers.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and support contract discussions.
• Stay updated with IT hiring trends and the staff augmentation market. Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment, Staff Augmentation, or HR with exposure to business development.
