Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented IT Staffing Executive with 3+ years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Staff Augmentation domain and be capable of managing both client requirements and vendor partnerships. The role involves sourcing IT professionals, coordinating with vendors, understanding client needs, and ensuring timely closures for contractual and permanent hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT staffing and staff augmentation requirements.
• Handle client requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Source suitable IT professionals through vendors, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer discussions, and onboarding.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain a healthy vendor database and develop new vendor relationships.
• Track requirements, submissions, interview status, and closures.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles while meeting hiring timelines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment or Staff Augmentation.
• Experience handling both client-facing and vendor management activities.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience working in an IT services or staffing company.
• Experience in contract staffing or staff augmentation will be an added advantage.
