About the Role:

• We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern who is currently pursuing graduation in any field and has strong communication skills. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in HR and recruitment, especially in the IT/technical hiring domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Support senior recruiters in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing graduation in any field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment/HR (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
