MyShift is a mobile and web application that enables businesses to connect with workers and fill in job shifts in an on-demand mode. The app makes it possible for businesses to tap into a wide network of workers while making it easy for workers to find a job in real-time while getting same-day payment.
Scope of Work 
There is a gap between the supply and demand of shift-based workers. Manpower-dependent businesses across categories face the challenge of getting the necessary resources on a need basis, on the other hand, the shift workers face issues in terms of finding work, getting paid on time, etc. We recently worked with MyShift founders to solve the issue.
The application has been engineered to make the job search, hiring, and payment process easier and on-demand. To make the process easier, we used the best set of features in-app, making it highly efficient.

Web & App Care
MyShift project came to us at the ideation stage. Our team of business consultants sat with
the MyShift founders to understand their vision. Keeping that as the center of the
development process, we did a comprehensive market study and talked to shift workers
to understand the intricate set of features they were looking for. We then combined
all the research data to set the foundations of the application development process.
Throughout the stages, our team ensured that the application is the best version of the business vision
and what the stakeholders require to make the job economy efficient.

Conclusion
With prior experience in building a job search application, MyShift development came easily to us.
